With half a decade of experience in tax compliance, strategic tax planning, and fiscal risk management, he is a trusted advisor to a wide range of clients, including corporations, SMEs, and non-profit organizations. Professionally, Mr. David holds several qualifications. He is an advocate of the High Court, licensed to practice as an advocate, notary public, and commissioner for oaths in Tanzania. He is also a certified public accountant in Tanzania (CPA) recognized by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) in Tanzania. Additionally, he is also a registered tax consultant with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA). He is also a licensed arbitrator, mediator, and negotiator with the Ministry of Legal and Constitutional Affairs Academically, Mr. David holds a Bachelor of laws (LLB) degree from Mzumbe University and a postgraduate diploma in legal practice from the law school of Tanzania. He is also a member of several professional bodies, including the Tanganyika Law Society, NBAA and TIArb. Mr. David is known for his analytical precision, practical insights, and a deep understanding of the Tanzanian Revenue Authority (TRA) processes.
